This hotel has a prime location, just a short distance away from a major hospital and the airport. The morning breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff were always helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything.
The room service wasn't as good as we had hoped. We had to prompt them to do even basic things, which was a bit frustrating.

We loved the central location of the hotel. The airport and shopping mall were nearby, making transportation very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean with great facilities and parking options. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent breakfast.

During Christmas, I had a stay at a hotel in the city and it had a great location that allowed me to easily visit all the nearby attractions. The hotel’s staff was very attentive and always had a smile on their faces which made my stay feel very hospitable. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The bedding and towels were not of the best quality and could use some improvement. the hotel could benefit from some renovations to update the rooms.

The hotel has a good location near Apollo Hospital and easy to reach. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is included, though with few variations. The hotel has a gym, but all other aspects are quite average. The rooms and bathrooms are small in size and not well maintained. The elevator is old and often gets stuck. The only good thing is the food, which is delicious and has a variety of choices. However, the hotel lacks proper maintenance and infrastructure, and it's not worth the price.
